Since I started my real estate career in 2009, I decided to expand my education to help more clients, and in 2010 I received my designation from National Association of Realtors® (NAR) for Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), which specializes me in Assisting foreign nationals with purchasing property in the U.S. In addition, in 2010 I received certificate for Transnational Referral certificate (TRC). And in 2020 I received my certificate for Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). I offer a strong combination of local expertise and international real estate connections. I am a full-time residential real estate professional with expert skills at presentation, communication, negotiation, marketing, locally, national, and international. 

I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it's a life changing experience. I believe that by listening to the clients and taking the time to understand their requirements is the first step in establishing a professional relationship. That's why I am dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all my clients, and I always work relentlessly on the client behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.
