My name is Sima Monina and I'd like to tell you a bit about myself.  Growing up in Israel where I worked for 15 years at the bank in the foreign exchange department, I got the chance to learn how to handle and exchange currency from different countries.  I speak multiple languages; English, French, Hebrew and Spanish, which aid me in communicating with foreign national clients.

In 1995, my family and I moved to the United States, where I worked for a builder company who conducted business with investors from overseas.  Somewhere along the way I developed a passion for helping others sell and buy their future homes.

When I purchased my first home with my husband, I realized that a home is the place where memories are made and dreams come true.

In 2009 I decided to pursue my passion and get my real estate sales associate license.  In addition to that, I decided to expand my education and in 2010 I got my designation from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) for Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), which specializes in assisting foreign nationals with purchasing property in the U.S.

I am a trained real estate professional with expert skills at communication, presentation, marketing locally and globally, negotiation and sales.
